This policy explains what Double Shot Marketing collects when you visit this website, fill out a form, respond to one of our ads, or contact us, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we would rather you read it.

What we collect

• What you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, business name, and anything you type into a form on this site, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a text message, an email, or a call with us.
• What your browser sends. Standard technical details such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the ad or link that brought you here. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records this for security and performance.
• Advertising and analytics tags. We may use the Meta Pixel, Google tags, or similar tools to measure whether our ads work and to show our ads to people who visited this site. These tools set cookies or use device identifiers. You can limit them in your browser settings and in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad preferences.

Forms on this site

The contact and free report forms ask for your name, phone number and business, and, if you like, an email address and a note. Each form also has two optional text-message boxes, and we record whether you checked them, the wording you saw, and when. We use what you send to reply to you. It goes to Double Shot's lead list, where Marshall sees it, with a copy kept in this website's own database in case the list is down. To stop spam, we keep a one-way scrambled form of the sending network address for an hour, then delete it.

Visit and tap counts

This site counts page visits and taps on the call, text, booking and email buttons. Each count records the page, the site that sent you here, and whether you were on a phone or a computer. It uses no cookies and no personal identifiers, and it does not store your IP address.

How we use it

• To reply to you, book the call you asked for, and prepare anything you requested such as a free report or review.
• To deliver marketing services if you become a client.
• To send occasional marketing messages about our services, by text only if you checked the marketing box. You can opt out at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To keep records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box on one of our forms, or on a Facebook or Instagram form run by us, Double Shot Marketing will text you about your request: replies, scheduling and appointment reminders. If you also check the marketing box, we may send occasional offers, up to 4 a month. Checking either box is optional and is not required to submit a form or buy anything. Message frequency varies. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and text-messaging platforms, scheduling tools, customer-relationship software, and advertising platforms, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. None of this sharing includes text-message opt-in data or consent, which is never shared with any third party.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we have a business reason to, then delete or anonymize them. Ask us at any time and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law allows.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe links in our emails and STOP for texts stop marketing messages.
• Browser settings and the ad-preference pages on Facebook, Instagram, and Google control advertising cookies and identifiers.
• Email or call us to access, correct, or delete your information.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
